We are Chinese marketing based plastic packaging product manufacturer and supplier. Our main products are flexible PE tubes and PET bottles; we will match ideal caps or pumps for you if needed. Tube molds cover from 13mm diameter to 60mm diameter with round/oval/flat shapes, and also designed with multiple kinds of tube heads for different caps. We also pay a lot of attentions on new molds and willing to open new molds for new market use. Customerized design and tooling services are available special designs needed.
We paid very much attention on quality control to make sure our customer would receive the most satisfied products. What you see on samples will be what you can receive in mass production.
Q1. What you should prepare before place order?
A: Make sure you already have artworks ready with letters outlined.
Q2: Why have to pay deposit?
A: The tube packaging is customized product, if you cancel order during production, all the tubes are have to be destoryed.
Q3: Did your company ever ship overseas company? Do you have any sea shipment or air shipment experience?
A: yes, we have been working on export all kinds packakging product for more than 12 years and with full experience of safty shipment by sea or air. We will use strong carton to make sure the product inside be ok before arrived.
Q4: What is the usual business procedure?
A: enquiry---- quotation ---- artwork confirm ----sampling---quality confirm---payment---production --- QC inspection---shipping
Q5: How do you deal with quaity complain?
A: We have full set of quality check systerm but if by anycase with quality compain, we will take it very carefully. We will find out the problem and make replacement as soon as possible.
Q6: Can we make the order just same qty as ordered?
A: Due to difference reject rate, there might be 3% more or less of qty, but if you really need the qty 100% same as order, please infirm us during ordering.
