A: The tube packaging is customized product, if customer cancel order during production, we can not sell to a third party.

A: yes, we have been working on export all kinds packakging product for more than 16 years and with full experience of safty shipment by sea or air. We will use strong carton to make sure the product inside be ok before arrived.

Q5: How do you deal with quaity complain?
A: We have full set of quality check systerm but if by anycase with quality complain, we will take it very carefully and find out the problem and make replacement at our cost as soon as possible.
Q6: Can we ship the quantity just same qty as ordered?
A: Due to difference reject rate, there might be within 5% more or less of qty.

Volant pack established since 2007 and is now 18 years old. With fully responsible work attitude it has been supported by more and more customers all over the world. Our main products are plastic tubes and bottles. Tubes mould had almost cover fully popular kinds, and is still opening more and more new moulds. We pay a lot of attentions on product quality, and do whatever we can to improve it.
Our factory has three plastic tubes production lines and one fully autometic line, covering more than 10, 000 square metres. The daily production capacity is 500, 000 plastic tubes. We have 185 workers, of which more than 30 are senior technicians and experienced managers and marketers.
